Our relationship with ROK Financial

The Business Funding Club is a property of Digital Solomon. We are a referral source. We are not a lender, not a broker, and not a party to any financing agreement you may enter into.

Applications submitted through this site are referred to ROK Financial carrying our referral identifier. ROK Financial reviews every application under its own criteria and makes all funding decisions. We do not participate in that review, we do not set or negotiate terms, and we do not have authority to commit ROK to anything.

How we are compensated: ROK Financial pays Digital Solomon a referral commission when a business we referred receives funding. We are not compensated by you at any point, in any amount, for any reason. There is no membership fee, no application fee, and no processing fee associated with The Business Funding Club.

This creates an interest on our part in you submitting an application. You should know that, which is why it is stated here and near every place we ask you to apply. It does not change what ROK offers you, and it does not cost you anything.

What we do not do

• We do not state, quote, estimate, or imply rates, terms, factor rates, payment amounts, or funding amounts. We are not the funder.
• We do not represent that any business is approved, pre-approved, qualified, or likely to be funded.
• We do not perform credit checks and we do not make credit decisions.
• We do not use lien, judgment, default, or other distress data to identify businesses to contact.
• We do not sell your information.

Nothing on this website is an offer or a commitment to lend. All financing is subject to ROK Financial’s review, criteria, and documentation requirements.

How we may have found you

If we contacted you without a prior relationship, it was almost certainly because of a public federal contract award record on USAspending.gov, matched to a business contact from public sources. No data was purchased from a consumer data broker, no credit inquiry was made, and no distress signal was used. The longer explanation is here.

Privacy

What we collect. What you enter on the application form — business name, your name, business contact details, state of operation, time in business, revenue range, industry, and what the capital is for. Plus standard web analytics on this site.

Why we collect it. To refer your application to ROK Financial and to follow up with you about that application. That is the only purpose.

Who we share it with. ROK Financial, as the funding partner reviewing your application, and the service providers who operate our systems on our behalf. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with other funders or lead buyers.

How long we keep it. For as long as needed to service the referral and meet record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact below, and we will unless a law requires us to retain it.

Your choices. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and opt out of all contact. Residents of states with applicable privacy laws have these rights by statute; we extend them to everyone.

Communications and consent

By submitting an application you ask us to refer it to ROK Financial and agree that ROK may contact you about it by phone, email, or text at the details you provided. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving financing.

If you left a phone number on a partially completed application, we may place one call to see whether you ran into a problem with the form. We do not call numbers that have not been given to us on a form.

Reply STOP to any text message to end texts. Reply HELP for help.

Email tracking

Our email is sent through a third-party sending platform. That platform records when a message is opened and rewrites the links inside it so that it can record which ones are clicked. Rewritten links pass through a domain belonging to the platform before sending you on to us. This happens on every message we send, including this notice’s own links.

We say this plainly because it is done to you rather than by you, and a privacy notice that omitted it would be describing a system we do not operate.

If you would rather not be measured this way, do not open our email, or write to hello@thebusinessfundingclub.com and we will remove you from all sending.

Unsubscribe and do-not-contact

Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link. It ends contact from us — we do not move you to a different list or a different brand.

That link is rewritten by our sending platform, as described above, which means a network or browser that blocks tracking domains can stop it from working. If you click unsubscribe and nothing happens, that is why, and it is our problem rather than yours. Write to hello@thebusinessfundingclub.com and we will remove you by hand, on the same terms and in the same timeframe.

To be removed from all contact, or to make a privacy request, write to hello@thebusinessfundingclub.com or 4614 Christina Ct, Gastonia, NC 28056. We honor removal requests within one business day.

Our cold email is sent from smallbusinessloans.club, a sending domain operated by us that redirects to this site. It carries no separate brand and is not a separate company. If you unsubscribe from mail sent by that domain, you are unsubscribed from The Business Funding Club.

The Business Funding Club acts solely as a referral source and does not arrange, negotiate, or present financing offers. Where a state requires additional notice or registration for our activity, we comply with it or we do not operate in that state.
